The staff of UniMatrix is proud to announce that we have accepted responsibility for hosting and developing the Vemod News Mailer component for Joomla 1.5 from now on. UniMatrix is fully committed to keeping Vemod a fully open source Joomla component and welcomes community involvement in its development.  We all owe Thomas a HUGE thank you for all his hard work these past years.

Vemod is an amazingly powerful newsletter generation tool for your Joomla-based web site.  On a designated schedule, it simply compiles all new article content into an attractive email layout and sends it to all current subscribers.  Subscription may be manual or automatic, but unsubscribing is a simple process for anyone wanting to opt out.  Selection cireteria and customizability are quite extensive.

Joomla 1.0

As of July 22nd, The Joomla Project declared Joomla 1.0 as End of Life and ceased support for the old version. Following suit, Vemod News Mailer no longer supports Joomla 1.0 either. If you really need a copy of the 1.0 installer, you may contact us and plead your case--but you should really upgrade to Joomla 1.5 instead!
